I was so glad that the pocket was long enough to fit my blind Dachshund who still loves the fresh air (but not the )! She also loves to “join” us for a while at the card table, so this will keep her safe. She is just under the top weight at 14.7 pounds, so it does challenge the drawstring and toggle (string just slowly pulls through it, so I chose to knot it and that works!). Very impressed with the quality, the features (zip out pocket) and the made in Canada company! I will be recommending you to others for sure.

I was looking for a hoodie exactly like this for so long. Glad I found muskoka pooch because the quality is amazing. Love that the inner liner of the pocket zips out for washing and how sturdy it is. For context I have a 18lb toy Aussie and I can walk around with him riding in the pocket. It will sag a bit because of how heavy he is but I can also use the kangaroo pocket to help prop him up. Could not ask for more!

This my second Muskoka Pooch Hoodie with another coming any day. I love them. Cozy for me AND my little girl. Kenzie is full grown at 5 lbs and is a Tiny Toy Poodle. I love my Muskoka Pooch hoodie! My chihuahua Pip Squeak "needs" to be with me at all times, but sometimes it's not convenient to have to carry her, so now she can be with me and I can have my hands free to do tasks as needed. I wondered if it would feel heavy or uncomfortable with her in there, but is great quality, and very comfy! She seems to settle into the pouch, unlike my sling bag where she just stands awkwardly the whole time. Muskoka Pooch is very quick to reply to any questions or concerns, and goes above and beyond to help you. And everyone thinks it's so cute! One quote "Are you serious? That is adorable!" It's just a really fun concept and it works great!

My 7 lb shih tzu loves it! I got it for camping and sitting by the fire as were avid campers, but i have come to find that it doubles as an anxiety support for her!!!
She’s terrified of storms, I’ve tried the thunder shirt. Which honestly made no difference so one day i thought to put her in my muskoka pooch sweater and it’s honestly the ONLY thing that helps calm her.
In a matter of seconds she stops shaking.

We love our Muskoka Pooch sweatshirt! It’s cozy and well made. Our 8 week old puppy loves his little kangaroo pouch both for being out and about and for napping in. The sweatshirt is exactly as expected but I would suggest, if you are not sure about size, to choose the larger of your options. The chart is not quite accurate so what I anticipated to be a comfortably roomy fit is a bit snugger than I might have liked. Nicole was a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely order from this company again.

We got one for our littlest 3.5 pound Chihuahua (in pic) and after about 2 seconds he decided this was perfect. He now follows me around until I pick him up and pouch him. Then he snuggles down and happily stays put while I do whatever I need. We decided to order a second hoodie for our 8 pound Chihuahua. The hubs will wear that one with her while I wear this one while carry them on walks when it's too breezy for the pups. The hoodies themselves are toasty warm and very soft. I bought the Muskoka Pooch sweatshirt with pouch for my 8 week old mini schnauzer puppy. The sweatshirt is an excellent quality, heavy cotton fleece, best for cool weather. The pouch has a drawstring to help keep your pup secure. I have taken her shopping and for walks in it and she seems very comfortable. I would love an additional lighter, thinner sweatshirt for indoors and warmer weather. She gets too warm when we’re watching TV

I usually wear small to medium tops. Medium fit perfect. I like my comfy sweaters to have a bit extra room in them. You can tell it's really high quality fabric and stitching and will last for years to come. Very soft and warm. I was apprehensive about spending almost 100 on a sweater where I wasn't familiar with the brand. But I am grateful I did, its an awesome sweater. My dog took a minute to get used to it and then he just sat in there while I did all my housework. He even fell asleep at one point. My dog gets very cold easily so this is perfect, even in the summer.
